Natural health solutions provider OmniActive Health Technologies has acquired ENovate Biolife, further boosting its access to new, clinically proven health ingredients.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Established in 2009 in Mumbai, India, ENovate Biolife focuses on proprietary, clinically studied botanical ingredients.
ENovate Biolife’s expertise spans sports and active nutrition, joint and lower back support, men’s health, heart health, and emerging areas such as muscle and digestive health.

In 2019, OmniActive partnered with ENovate through a US licensing agreement for enXtra, a clinically studied mental energy ingredient.
The collaboration is said to have been a success, driving global expansion of the agreement. Since then, enXtra is claimed to have been widely adopted by brands worldwide.
Founded in 2005, OmniActive aims to improve lives with innovative science and natural health solutions.
Its product portfolio includes scientifically validated, IP-protected speciality actives and a wide range of natural Botanical Actives.
The company serves global customers in the dietary supplement, functional food, and beverage markets. The company operates offices in Mumbai, India, and Bridgewater, New Jersey.

In February 2024, OmniActive announced results from a first-of-its-kind supplementation study targeting children ages 5-12.
The study found that Lutemax Kids led to significant improvements in vision performance and cognition.
