Mosaic Flavors, a manufacturer of liquid and powdered flavours, has acquired First Coast Flavors, a firm engaged in taking flavouring products from concept to market, for an undisclosed sum.
Located near Jacksonville, Florida, First Coast Flavors is known for its expertise in food and beverage applications.
The company offers flavour solutions for bakery, fruit fillings, dairy, savoury, soups, sauces, and gravies.
Additionally, it provides solutions for carbonated beverages, alcohol beverages, seltzers, water, juices, and sports nutrition.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Mosaic Flavors’ role as a provider of customisable flavour solutions.
It also expands its capabilities to better serve the food and beverage industry.

In February 2023, liquid and powdered flavours producer OC Flavors acquired Novotaste, a provider of natural and organic flavour solutions.
Mosaic Flavors was created by merging OC Flavors and Canada-based Novotaste in October 2023.
The unified brand partnered with many brands, retailers, and disruptors in the food and beverage industry.
The acquisition strengthens Mosaic Flavors’ commitment to providing comprehensive flavour solutions.
