Japan-based ingredients maker Kyowa Hakko Bio has introduced a new performance coffee supplement, dubbed Work Epic, to enhance the daily coffee experience.
The company said its Work Epic is designed to easily integrate with everyday routines to support focused attention, healthy brain function, and athletic stamina.
Unlike other products, the new athletic performance coffee supplement features a blend of premium ingredients such as Cognizin, a cognitive enhancer (nootropic).
Nootropics are generally used by people to improve memory, enhance concentration and boost energy levels and wakefulness.
Kyowa Hakko said that Cognizin differs from other ingredients by showing effectiveness in boosting cognitive functions, mental energy, focus, attention, and overall brain health.

The new performance coffee supplement, which can be mixed directly into a cup of coffee for easy use, also contains PrimaVie Shilajit in its ingredients.
Kyowa Hakko said that Work Epic with Cognizin is a vegan product, ethically manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and third-party tested for reducing bitterness, acidity, and jitters.
Also, Cognizin is a branded form of Citicoline, a natural substance endogenously produced in the brain that plays a key role in neural communication and overall brain health.
Cognizin is made through a fermentation process and is clinically validated to support focus, attention, and memory, and is also highly stable, GRAS, ultra-pure, and allergen-free.
