Life Time, a US-based network of health clubs, has launched a drinkable multivitamin and greens powder, dubbed NOURISH, as part of its LTH supplement line.
Developed by Life Time’s in-house team, NOURISH offers 23 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A and B6, and zinc.
The product, formulated with third-party testing, aims to enhance energy, immune health, focus, and gut function.
NOURISH comprises probiotics, digestive enzymes, choline, Peak O2 Mushroom blend, Sensoril ashwagandha, CoQ10, and AstaReal astaxanthin.
The formula is designed for people seeking a transparent and effective supplement.
Life Time nutritional products senior director and registered dietitian Paul Kriegler said: “We’ve leveraged years of experience to build LTH NOURISH to ensure it’s a potent, research-supported formula with high-quality ingredients and third-party testing.

Each product is third-party tested and crafted by expert registered dietitians.
The launch is part of the company’s strategy to expand its LTH supplement line, which includes over 50 products such as REWIND Collagen Elixir and REVIVE Colostrum Powder.
Life Time is offering NOURISH for purchase on the Life Time Shop and Amazon, and a selection of LTH supplements on the LTH TikTok shop, with plans to expand the range soon.
Furthermore, the company plans to introduce new products, such as (Re)FUEL collagen protein bars and DREAM multivitamin magnesium sleep support powder, this year.
