US-based biotechnology company MaxScientific has launched Revigorator G5, an advanced nutraceutical for ageing and longevity optimisation.
Revigorator G5 is a next-generation formula that combines nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), senolytics, and autophagy activators to support ageing and longevity.
NAD+ is a vital coenzyme that supports DNA repair, boosts cellular energy metabolism, and activates sirtuins, proteins that protect the genome.
MaxScientific senior product manager Brandon West said: “By partnering with leading research institutions around the globe and investing in basic and translational research, we have successfully developed a groundbreaking nutraceutical that targets multiple ageing mechanisms at the cellular level.
“By combining the most advanced ageing intervention technologies available, Revigorator G5 delivers the most comprehensive approach for longevity optimisation and cellular rejuvenation.”
To combat NAD+ decline, Revigorator G5 uses Seragon’s proprietary NAD+ enhancement technology, an advanced modality to boost cellular NAD+ levels.
Additionally, the product’s proprietary NAD+ precursor increases cellular NAD+ levels with over twice the metabolic efficiency of traditional NAD+ precursors like NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide), making it the most effective NAD+ booster available, MaxScientific claimed.
According to the biotechnology firm, a key driver of ageing is the buildup of senescent cells, dysfunctional, non-proliferating cells that accumulate with age due to factors like DNA damage, infection, and oxidative stress. These cells secrete harmful molecules that impair organ function and contribute to systemic inflammation, a hallmark of ageing.
Additionally, ageing is accelerated by the decline of autophagy, the body’s natural process for recycling and eliminating damaged cellular components. As autophagy efficiency declines, toxic proteins and mitochondrial dysfunction accumulate, further accelerating the ageing process.
To address these biological ageing mechanisms, Revigorator G5 combines advanced senolytics and autophagy activators with its NAD+ enhancement technology, working synergistically to support cellular health and longevity.
West added: “Integrating multiple ageing intervention technologies into a single product demands an advanced delivery system.
“With Revigorator G5’s proprietary ingredient delivery technologies, the active components can reach their intended targets with exceptional precision, ensuring optimal bioavailability and maximum potency at the cellular level.”
Last month, MaxScientific entered a licensing agreement with Seragon Biosciences to develop next-generation ageing intervention nutraceuticals.
