Mirailab Bioscience, a Tokyo-based nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) supplement manufacturer, has partnered with Global Ocean Distribution to sell its MIRAI LAB supplement brand in Singapore.
The supplements, featuring β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (β-NMN), are now available on Shopee, an e-commerce platform in Singapore.
The official Shopee SG store will currently offer NMN 9000 Pure VIP Plus and Aqua Pet products, with plans for more products in the future.
These supplements and cosmetics products will be available at prices similar to Japan. Shopee SG has also stocked these offerings within Singapore to avoid delays in delivery.
NMN is a nutrient known for its potential anti-ageing and rejuvenation effects. It is derived from nicotinamide, a form of vitamin B3 within the vitamin B group.
According to Mirailab Bioscience, NMN levels decline with age, leading to a deterioration of cellular functions.
NMN supplements are formulated to activate all seven types of longevity-related genes (sirtuins), which has sparked interest in its potential anti-ageing and rejuvenation effects.
They can also address age-related issues such as lifestyle diseases common in middle-aged and elderly individuals, muscle weakness, and skin ageing.
Mirailab Bioscience offers the Pure NMN Series, a range of NMN supplements containing high concentrations of β-NMN only.
The supplement maker worked on the commercialisation of NMN supplements and launched the first NMN product in April 2015.
The Japanese firm claimed that its MIRAI LAB supplement brand has a purity of 99.7%, earning the trust of researchers.
It is also being used in large-scale human clinical trials funded by the US Department of Defense.
MIRAI LAB’s NMN products are already available in the US, Japan and China.
Recently, the supplement manufacturer introduced the supplement and cosmetics brand in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The company also develops other supplements and cosmetics to support overall well-being.
