Pico IV, a CBD-infused hydration therapies provider, has partnered with iCRYO, a provider of health and wellness services, to accelerate the availability of CBD IV infusions.
The partnership will combine Pico IV’s advanced IV therapies with iCRYO’s national presence in the wellness sector in the US.
Both companies aim to boost CBD’s mainstream acceptance in the wellness and healthcare sectors.
Through this collaboration, Pico IV’s CBD-infused hydration therapies will now be available at iCRYO centres, providing guests with access to CBD treatments.
In August 2024, Pico IV announced its expansion to over 200 clinics nationwide.
iCRYO CEO and co-founder Kyle Jones said: “iCRYO is excited to add CBD infusions to our suite of services.
“We strive to offer the best treatments that the wellness industry has to offer, and CBD infusions are no exception.
“We’re thrilled to bring this incredible therapy from Pico IV to our guests and help them on their wellness journey.”
CBD IV therapy is designed to provide a safe, effective way to support physical and emotional well-being.
Pico IV launched its CBD IV therapy in August 2023, offering direct absorption of cannabinoids into the bloodstream for enhanced bioavailability. According to Pico IV, this method delivers more powerful effects compared to traditional oral or topical CBD products.
iCRYO has 50 operating wellness centres across the US and Canada, with plans for more in development. Its centres offer services like cryotherapy, red light therapy, and IV infusions.
Pico IV CEO Joe Young said: “We couldn’t be more excited to partner with iCRYO.
“This collaboration will introduce the incredible benefits of CBD to new users and make it more accessible than ever.
“We set out to provide customers with an innovative, science-backed therapy that makes a positive impact on people’s health. iCRYO will help us realise that vision.”
The integration of CBD into IV therapy will support the normalisation of cannabinoid-based wellness products in healthcare.
The hydration therapies provider said CBD IV therapies are set to become a mainstream offering in medical and wellness treatments as demand for natural remedies rises.
