FAZER XYLITOL® RANGE
Introducing the world’s first xylitol from oats. By upcycling a sidestream of oat milling, Fazer Foodtech has created an improved, more sustainable version of xylitol in FAZER XYLITOL, giving oats extended life and value to its origin. FAZER XYLITOL can be used as a natural sweetener in many applications including oral care, confectionary, bakery goods and personal care products.
FAZER XYLITOL is available in three grades: Crystalline, Milled and Granulated.
FAZER XYLITOL CRYSTALLINE
the most common and widely used form of xylitol. It is suitable for all common food and cosmetic applications to be applied as such or dissolved during the production process depending on the product and desired end result.
FAZER XYLITOL MILLED
This fine xylitol powder can be used in the production of foods and cosmetics particularly when there is a need to avoid dissolving the xylitol in the production process.
FAZER XYLITOL GRANULATED
conveniently directly compressible xylitol grade, which can be applied as such for compressing into pastilles and tablets.

Fazer Rye Fibre combines the health benefits of rye and fibre in an easy-to-use ingredient. Fazer Ryefibre is an all natural plant based ingredient. The fibre is extracted from the rye kernel using an innovative and sustainable dry milling method.
FAZER RYEFIBRE is available in different particle sizes and can be added to bakery products, supplements, drink mixes or muesli mixes.
FAZER LOFO
The World's first Enzyme for low-FODMAP Baking. Fazer LOFO is a patented innovation which decreases the FODMAP content of bread by more than 50 % compared to reference products. The origin of this enzyme is the sourdough of Fazer’s first low-FODMAP rye bread and its specific lactobacilli.
FAZER LOFO is best applied as a bread improver to decrease the fructan content in grain products.
